Cross Check Inc. was incorporated in 2005 in the state of Tennessee doing business as Time Plus Payroll Services. In 2009 we started to add services and in July of 2009 changed our name to Cross Check Payroll. We continue to use the TimePlus Payroll software as our trusted payroll program to serve our clients as over 30,000 clients have in the United States and Canada. We welcome you to Cross over as we continue to grow and provide the services you need.

We think of ourselves as an extension of your office to add to your success.

Confidentiality Statement, Security & Integrity of Privacy Information

Our clients are customers who have a continuing relationship by purchasing or using products or services from Cross Check Payroll such as:

  • Payroll services (including software usage in house or internet)
  • Tax services
  • Timekeeping equipment

Nonpublic personal information means information about you or your employees that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. This does not include information that is available from public sources such as, telephone directories or government records.

The information we collect about you and your company is from the following sources:

  • Information you give us on initial set up
  • New information in regards to employees or taxes after initial set up
  • Information about your transactions
  • Information about your transactions with other parties (banks, state and federal govt., worker’s comp., etc.)

We do NOT disclose any information about you or your company to anyone, except as permitted by law. Examples of this might include disclosures necessary to service your account or prevent unauthorized transactions.

Only the contact person who was designated on initial set up will have authority to inquire about your information. They may give authority as needed.

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information. We have the same policy about disclosing information about former clients as we do current clients.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information required by Cross Check Payroll to provide services requested. You shall have access to relevant information through account statements, by telephone or by on-line access. It is your responsibility to advise Cross Check Payroll if any information is ever incomplete or out dated.
